Me and the wife .. well the wife decided we were going to go and give this a go to run along side our lasering projects . it was a very good experience from the minute we walked through the door to us leaving with Kerry and Craig running a very professional workshop. after making a cheese board the wife is already thinking of going back for another class to try out different designs .thanks for a great experience .. would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to have a go at resin projects .

I had the best time taking part in a cheeseboard resin workshop at KH Designs. Kerry is so very knowledgeable and is happy to share her vast expertise.I enjoyed her workshop so much, I have since completed 2 x Lazy Susan, and a Wine Picnic Table workshop.I highly recommend these workshops for the knowledge gained and enjoyment had, but most of all, you get to take home an extraordinary piece of art to show off to family and friends.

A class at KH Designs is great way to while away a few hours. Kerry is friendly, professional and a great teacher. Her aim is to have you enjoy your class and go home feeling happy and proud of what you achieved.My daughter and I created a grazing board at a Resin and Rose class. After our introductions Kerry gave us a run through on how the class would run.. and then we started talking colours!! Kerry and Craig patiently assisted us as we each chose our colours.Each person in our class chose very different colour schemes and no two boards looked anything alike!! Kerry worked with us, encouraging us each step of the way as we poured the resins to create our unique designs. She helped us with our designs and provided us with lots of insight and tips.We had a fantastic night and are extremely happy with the boards we produced.KH Design Studio is a great place to try out something new. Kerry also has a bright abd cheery shop as part of the studio which showcases some stunning pieces of work.Thanks so much Kerry for a great class. We will be back!!

We came as three of us - myself and my partner. and her mum.We all had SUCH a great time! Kerry worked really hard to make sure we all really loved what we were taking home - especially my mum, who struggled to put her finger right on what she didn't like in the initial pour of her resin.The experience was so good, that we have a beautiful golden wedding anniversary gift for a family member, with a lovely personal touch as it was made by us. My first resin workshop and it was fabulous! I loved the board and coasters I made that I ordered 4 more coasters and a cheese knife to match while the workshop pieces were being finished off. Kerry is an amazing teacher, she is very knowledgeable, takes pride in her work, and is very patient and understanding. I would highly recommend Kerry's resin art classes to anyone as she was the perfect instructor for me.Throughout 2021 my husband and I have tried many creative workshops. While I've thrived on the painting classes, I've really struggled with resin and its medium (as it's moving and changing). The opposite can be said about my husband, who seemed very comfortable with resin compared with paints.Given the moving and changing nature, I tried to approach my cheeseboard and coaster set with an open mind and not have a final image of what I wanted to achieve. So while I knew what colours I wanted, I was lost and had no idea where to start. Kerry helped with this, and soon I had created a cheeseboard I was very happy with… then it started to move and change… then I panicked as it was no longer something I was happy with. I couldn’t explain what had changed but in my mind the board was a disaster, even though my husband thought it looked great. Thankfully, Kerry came over and helped by adding the featured colours and some depth back into the design.Reflecting on my past workshop teachers, I do not believe any of them would have assisted me the way Kerry did. They would have reassured me that by cheeseboard looked good and I would have "lived with" what I had created (truthfully - it would have been hidden in a cupboard). However, Kerry didn't do that. She asked me what was wrong, and when I couldn't communicate it correctly, looked and my coasters to have an idea of what I was wanting. That to me, is what makes Kerry an amazing teacher who is knowledgeable why she has my respect.(I've attached a picture of my wonderful board that will not be hidden in a cupboard)

Spent a very enjoyable few hours learning how to handle resin and creating a lovely piece of work. Kerry is friendly, puts you at ease and offers encouragement. Great snacks and coffee too! Lining up soon to learn something else. Do it!!

Had an amazing morning at the resin class learning how to resin cheese board and coasters. Learnt a lot from Kerry and she made it such a wonderful experience and met some lovely people in the class as well.
Kerry and Craig made it such a comfortable enjoyable environment to have a class in, would highly recommend booking in.
